Vinicolor paph hybrid, Paph (Hilo Rainbow x Chou-Yi Rubyweb). We knocked the bud off this one accidentally, so no photo of the actual flower, but all of these are blooming out dark, dark purple. This one had a nearly black bud before its untimely removal, so I'd expect the same from this one. For reference, we're including a picture of a similarly colored flower.
You'll get the exact plant shown, which has a new pup starting, so on its way to its next flowering already! It is blooming size but not currently in bloom. Flower photo for reference only.
Paph orchids (slipper orchids) of this type are very easy to grow in ordinary home conditions, making them excellent houseplants. Maudiae or 'mottled leaf' type paphs like these are the easiest type to grow, with preferences very similar to phalaenopsis, so if you can grow that, you can grow this too. Look for a window with 1-2h of early morning or late afternoon sun, water when partially dry, and keep in average home warmth.
