Bulbophyllum Hsinying Grand-arfa (micholitzii var. album x arfakianum) - this is a hybrid that will produce relatively large flowers with a hooded shape and a snake-skin pattern to the coloring, quite unlike more commonly seen bulbophyllum types. The plants are fairly orderly and easy to keep potted as well.

These are about half grown plants established in 3” pots of aggregate and sphagnum. Baskets or pan pots would both be suitable for these. I grow these warm, humid if you can, with the paphs. They might bloom better for you if you can give them a little more light than a Phalaenopsis.

Note- these came to me under the parentage I’ve listed, but as micholitzii is a synonym of grandiflorum, the hybrid is registered as the name Hsinying Grand-arfa, which you’ll see in the registrar as grandiflorum x arfakianum.
