Vanda (Neofinetia) falcata 'Ootakamaru' - a compact strain of bean-leaf style with green root tips. Flowers have a graceful style and a sweet fragrance, particularly at night.
Available here is a small division mounted on cork. You will get the plant shown in the second photo which is not blooming. The flower photo is for reference only, and shows the plant that this division was taken from.
