Vanda falcata x Papilionanthe hookeriana - This is a new novelty cross, quite similar to Papilionanda Pink Fairy, though the first to flower shows that the spotting from hookeriana can come through. Some are also lightly fragrant, like cake. The plants themselves are very stiff, terete-leaved creatures, interesting all by themselves. Over time, I’d expect them to grow into little shrubby clumps.
Grow bright in baskets or pots with coarse mix. These are currently potted in bark and sponge rock.
You will get the plant shown in the black plastic pot. It is not blooming size yet, but you can expect results like the example flower photo shown, which is one of its siblings. Flower photo is for example only.
SHIPPING
All plants are wrapped carefully for shipping. Plant may be shipped bare root at my discretion. Safe arrival of buds and flowers not guaranteed.
