Cymbidium ensifolium Bai Lian 白簾 - this variety has stunning variegation, multiple shades of green to gray to yellow-white in stripes, which appears to glow. In Clivia, this would be called five color variegation, I assume the same name applies here. Flowers are bright yellow-green.
Cym. ensifolium is my favorite species of the mini cymbidium group. In theory they will take a cooler winter, but I can confirm they don't seem to need it. Intermediate (65-70F), which is the typical temperature in the average winter windowsill, is sufficient to keep them happy. The species can be bloomed in medium to bright light, even under artificial light.
These are blooming size divisions with 3-4 growths each.
You will get one of the plants shown, or one similar in size. They are blooming size but not currently in bloom - flower photo is for example only.
