Cymbidium goeringii Cai Yun He 彩雲荷 - "Colorful cloud lotus" - Stout foliage with claw variegation on this variety, Super cute mini cymbidium, this variety has bright green flowers with red markings. This particular one is not variegated, but has abundant bright green foliage and is a good grower.
Cym. goeringii will prefer an intermediate to cool winter, and a warm summer. The species can be bloomed in medium light, but will bloom more reliably in bright light, like cattleyas. Between its size and preference for cooler winter, its an excellent plant for those of you with cold windowsills in winter!
These are blooming size divisions with 3-4 growths each, recently potted. We have choice of slightly smaller plants in 3 inch pots, and slightly bigger ones in 3.5 inch pots. The larger ones have on average more growths and/or more extensive roots. All plants are blooming size.
