Euphorbia decaryi var spirosticha is a slow growing Madagascar species that stays a low, shrubby plant. It has a slight twist to the way the leaves come out, leaving behind stems with a slight spiral look over time. Very water wise, and looks very cool in a little bonsai pot.
You will get the established division shown, currently in a 2" pot. These are flexible on light, I keep them about at a "medium" range, near the Cattleyas. Reduce watering in winter, especially if your growing area is cool.
