Hello happiness.
A good friend of mine shared with us an experience he shared with a flock of busy, happy bluebirds as they foraged in his garden. His words and the conversation that followed were poetry, full of peaceful joy. Busy little birds are like that. They always make you smile, even if you weren't there. They make you feel like a woodland creature, at home and safe in the meadow.
I painted this little friend right after this conversation. It still makes me smile. I hope it makes you smile too.
This painting is expressive, the bluebird is the avatar of joy where the meadow and the trees meet.
