Oncidium aka Trichocentrum jonesianum is a fascinating species with very terete (pencil like), succulent leaves and slightly furry roots, closely allied to stacyi.  Flowers are cream with rust-orange spots with a 'mule ear' oncidium style to their form.

This is a gallery forest species from Southern Brazil into Paraguay that likes plenty of water and humidity and about medium or medium-high light.  They are best accomodated on a mount, I tried a few of them in pots, they weren't amused; they're all mounted now and happier for it.  So we are offering these seedlings already mounted for you.  As a bonus, this allows you an opportunity to enjoy seeing their awesome roots!

Note: I've mounted some of these upright and some in a pendant because though they are reportedly pendant, these don't really seem like they plan to grow that way. We'll find out.  Fortunately its easy enough to move hanging wires.  :)

You will get one of the plants shown or one similar in size, which are recently mounted on cork and already starting to throw out new roots.  The plants are 1-2 years from blooming size.
