This little species came to me as Scaphyglottis radiata, but I can't find much reference to this name so I don't know if it is correct.  I can only tell you with confidence that it is a Scaphyglottis of some kind, and its quite cute.  The species is capable of making a climbing grassy clump of plant, with tiny, perfect flowers at pseudobulb apexes followed by new pseudobulbs at the same spot.  It just keeps stacking new pseudobulbs and leaves.  It also does not acclimate well to pots.  For both of these reasons, its best grown on a mount.

It likes frequent water and medium to high humidity, and is perfectly happy in phalaenopsis level light.

You will get the mounted division shown.  Plants are blooming size but may not be currently in bloom.
