Bulbophyllum sanguineopunctatum - this species is new to me. I got an opportunity to get some divisions of this cool looking plant, and now that they are starting to throw some new roots and new growths, its time to share. See example flowers at this link. I'm growing these as you would any cirrhopetalum type thing and they are perfectly happy with that.
You will get one of the plants shown or one similar in size, set into 4" pots - sphagnum on top, sponge rock on the bottom since many bulbos have kind of shallow roots. Grow them with your phalaenopsis, or maybe a little brighter. They would probably enjoy living in a basket, eventually, but shallow pots are perfectly fine too! (Note, please be aware that some of these have a little scratch and dent here and there on the leaves from their previous division and travel experience, it will not affect the health of the plant going forward.)
