Euphorbia ritchiei, formerly a Monadenium.  The little succulent body of this species can be winter deciduous, shedding its broad, fleshy leaves during a dry season.  These are currently making fresh spring foliage.

You will get one of the divisions shown, established in a 2" pot. As it is a deciduous plant and the leaves are very fleshy-ephemeral, the plant may not have foliage on it upon receipt depending on time of year. This is normal. They are able to photosynthesize through that trunk though, so make sure to keep it in bright light year round.
