Macradenia multiflora is a small, epiphytic Brazilian species with sprays of flowers the color of iron oxide. Thes species was once labeled a Trichophilia, but I'm not sure how - the flower shape looks a lot more like a mini paphinia, but smaller and more numerous.
PRO TIP: don't cut the spikes after blooming as long as they're still fresh - this species can rebloom on old spikes.
You will get one of the plants shown, near blooming size divisions established on cork. They are not currently in bloom - flower photo is for reference only.
