Pachypodium gracilius
Caudex-forming pachycul species with yellow flowers, endemic to Madagascar. Available here are plants seed-grown in the USA, in 4" pots, just breaking dormancy and growing new leaves. What you see is what you get. These are already showing a plump caudex base, starting to develop its character which will only improve with age.
Like all Pachypodiums, these prefer a dry dormancy, during which they may go leafless. When they are young, you may choose to not encourage them go fully dormant.
These particular seedlings have been under high artificial light with cattleyas. The light intensity is probably close to equal to that of a south-facing window. So if you choose to keep them outside for the summer, make sure to introduce them gently and a little at a time so they can acclimate. This is *important*, especially if you live in a hot, dry climate. They are in a fast draining mix with a lot of rocks as befits a succulent species.
You will get the exact plant shown. The potting media is heavy, and the root system extensive; unfortunately there is no practical way to send it bare root. Please bear this in mind.
