Paphiopedilum hermannii is, per Braem 2003, considered to be a stabilized natural hybrid, and so, its own species. Its considered to have once come from (helenae × hirsutissimum), and their flowers are a perfect blend of the two. They easily form clumps in the wild, and as you can see, also in cultivation.
This is a pretty rare thing to come across, and well worth growing. I have two very nice multi-growth plants, just repotted for your convenience.
You will get one of the plants shown, or one similar in size. They are not currently in bloom but are blooming size.
