Vanda tessellata f. semialba - a compact Vanda!!! Width wise, anyway. This is a near blooming size plant with some imperfections in the foliage.The semi-alba strain can be expected to produce flowers that have a yellow-green or chartreuse impression with a cotton-candy pink lip and a grape to lilac fragrance. We did also have one of these bloom out completely alba, so there is possibility of both color forms in this batch of seedlings apparently.
This species is reportedly tolerant of cooler conditions than some vandas, but most folks are growing it in hot climates, so I think we can assume it is flexible on such matters. We grow it warm to hot in empty plastic pots.
You will get the plant shown in the black pot. There is some scratch and dent of the foliage and roots, sold as is.
