Brassavola nodosa 'Remar' x 'Gladys' with Christmas cactus (Easter cactus?).  These have been living together for a couple years now, and both have grown well.  The christmas cactus had to be pried off the clay pot that was behind them - it had rooted onto that!

This nodosa seedling is out of a strain that stays relatively short and compact, with tubular leaves vs the more flat ones you see on most of the larger plants.  It should be nearing first bloom size.  Like all nodosa, you can expect it to be fragrant at night.  Blooming plant photo shows one of its siblings, for flower reference.

It doesn't seem that I kept track of the christmas cactus itself, but I think its a division off our easter cactus based on foliage shape.  All Schlumbergera species are epiphytes, though, and perfectly happy in basket culture.

You will get the plants in the black 2 inch basket.  Flower photo is for reference only.
