Bulbophyllum lasiochilum. This is a dwarf species with rambling habit, that faithfully pops out little flowers with big spots in the spring, and sometimes the fall as well. Pseudobulbs are glossy and plump, with a slight red blush.
Available plants are mounted, as I find they're easier to grow this way. They'll be suitable in this format for terrarium or greenhouse cabinet culture. Keep them warm, well watered and in about low ("phalaenopsis" level) light.
You will get the plant shown, which is not currently in bloom.

All plants are wrapped carefully and shipped via USPS priority mail. Plant may be shipped bare root at my discretion. Safe arrival of buds and flowers not guaranteed.
