Trichocentrum lanceanum, sometimes also labeled as an Oncidium or Lophiaris, just to be confusing, but I think we are currently calling it a Trichocentrum... In any case, this species is a 'mule ear' oncidium type with thick, cardboard like leaves, and strong spikes dressed in orange and pink flowers.
You will get the plant shown in the 3" pot.
