Haraella retrocalla is an adorable miniature orchid species with fragrant flowers that look like little yellow and red bugs. Fragrance is reminiscent of citrus.
Care is similar to Phalaenopsis, though since they are mounted, if you are growing in the home plan to water frequently, maybe daily if very hot or dry. This is made easier if you are able to keep it near a sink, perhaps in your kitchen window! These are also suitable for cabinet culture.
You will get the plant shown or one similar in size. These are young blooming size seedlings, and should have their first bloom sometime next spring! These are recently mounted on cork.
