Miltonia spectabilis - A fantastic oncidium-alliance species with a broad pink lip.
Grow intermediate to warm, not hot, mid-level light. The warmer it is, the more humidity it'll need. Flush pot periodically with rainwater for best results. You'll be able to tell if its getting enough light, because the foliage will be slightly pale.
You will get one of the plants shown, or one similar in size. These are blooming size divisions, though since they are recent divisions, its possible they won't bloom until next season after they're established.
