Phalaenopsis amboinensis flavida - this is the yellow background form of the species, with brick red bars on the starry, faintly fragrant flowers. We have available just a couple blooming size plants.
These are blooming size, though not really currently in bloom. We leave the old spikes on species in this group, since sometimes they pop out more flowers on their own from the tip of the spike.
The species can make a good display in baskets, hung so that the leaves can grow out broad and somewhat down, as is their preferred habit. But as you can see, these are equally happy in pots! Keep warm, and water generously.
I have available blooming size plants. Flower photos are for example only. Plants may not be in bud or bloom on arrival. But, if we have one in bud when you order, we'll ship that one! You will get one of the plants shown or one similar in size.
