Rodriguezia decora is a rarely cultivated member of the oncidium family found in the coastal forests of Brazil. They bear sprays of flowers with a broad white lip and hooded petals and sepals, usually with spots. I'm growing it warm so far, it can reportedly take some cool in the winter - this seems likely given the native range.
